About this Program

The Adult Day Centre serves adults 55 years of age and older who are frail, have been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease or other types of dementia, are living with a disability, and/or are socially isolated. The program provides clients with therapeutic and recreational activities, while caregivers can enjoy a few hours of respite. Transportation is also available for clients living within the Scarborough area, and meals are provided during the program. Daily fees apply.

Please go to Resources to find the Active Minds Member Handbook.
