Ignite Horizons Gala
About The Event
Ignite Horizons is an evening of celebration, connection, and impact, bringing together SCHC supporters, partners, and community leaders to champion opportunities that help our community thrive. As the theme of SCHC’s 2026 Gala, Ignite Horizons reflects the possibilities that emerge when individuals are empowered to learn, lead, and create lasting change.
This year’s proceeds will support SCHC’s Youth Leadership Program (YLP), helping young people access leadership development, mentorship, skill-building opportunities, and meaningful community engagement experiences.
SCHC’s YLP helps bridge the gaps by providing free, welcoming and safer spaces where youth can build confidence, develop life skills, foster positive relationships, and realize their potential along with strengthen their connection to the community.
Equally important, these youth leaders effect positive change in the community by mentoring younger program members, supporting primary school children academically, and initiating community improvement projects.
While SCHC YLP initiatives engage more than 100 youth each year, the overall impact on the community is unbound through time.

Regular Tickets: $95 each

Who Are You Supporting?
For nearly 50 years, Scarborough Centre for Healthy Communities (SCHC) has provided integrated health, community, and social services that help individuals and families across Scarborough thrive. Through more than 50 programs and services, SCHC addresses the diverse needs of the community and creates opportunities for connection, growth, and well-being.
This year’s gala will support SCHC’s Youth Leadership Program (YLP), which empowers youth to build confidence, develop leadership skills, and make a positive impact in their communities. Last year, SCHC supported nearly 4,600 children and youth through its programs and services.
