Health & Wellness Program for Tamil Caregivers

Description: Programs target the caregiver’s physical, mental, social, and intellectual aspects of health. Some examples of what we offer are: health education, art therapy, promoting healthy lifestyle change, chronic disease prevention and management, and legal literacy.

This is a hybrid event. All workshops are on zoom except for the first Tuesday of the month where we meet in-person.
