Let’s Art About It is an art therapy program that uses art-based activities as a tool to build trust, social connection, and health awareness among community members in Scarborough—particularly those from groups at higher risk for Hepatitis C (HCV). This program offers a creative, culturally safe space where participants can express themselves, build confidence, and access helpful health information and services. 

Who the Program Is For 

This program is currently delivered in community to priority populations, including: 

• People who use/inject drugs 

• Indigenous community members 

• People with lived experience of incarceration 

As many in this target population have had negative experiences within healthcare settings and feel more comfortable in familiar environments, this program is being delivered at Toronto Community Housing sites.
