4 to 6 week cooking programs that focus on special diets, age, seasons, budget, healthy and delicious recipes and safe food handling in a fun and interactive environment such as Get Cooking to Prevent Diabetes

Cultr Kitchen:

CULTR Kitchen is an interdisciplinary health education program with practical skills-building components. It is designed to be fun and engaging and to help individuals build their confidence in food selection and preparation.

Chronic Pain Management, Getting the Most out of your Healthcare Appointment, Diabetes

Physical Activity:

Walking Groups, Get Active Now (fitness to prevent diabetes)
