Holiday Support Program

Description:
The Holiday Support Program is a donation based program designed to support our diverse client population during the holiday season. The program provides support in the form of food items as well as toys for those with children under the age of 19. The goal is to provide items for a traditional western holiday meal and gifts for children.
Eligibility:
This is for individuals registering for SCHC’s Holiday Support Program who reside within the following postal codes: M1E, M1C and M1G.
Please note this registration is specifically for individuals who would like to receive toys.
Individuals who are requesting food support ONLY can register online at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/22Holiday
The following information is required for registration:
· Food Bank card (if you have one);
· Address verification;
· OW/ODSP Dental Card (if you have one);
· Identification for ALL children – Children being registered must reside in your household and be financially dependent on you.
