What to Expect
This is a free walking group for adults grieving the loss of a loved one. Join our trained facilitator for fresh air and movement, which reduces the body’s stress hormone. Share and receive support or just walk in nature with others who understand.
You can walk slow or fast and enjoy the view of the Scarborough bluffs and beautiful gardens flowers.
